2. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.

4. Production Timeline

Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order. Delays may occur due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances, and customers will be informed accordingly.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges depend on location and product size. Tumi Woods is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
