Account & Data Deletion Request

Users of the Tumi Wood Alliance applications may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.



How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please follow one of the options below:

  1. In-App Request
  2. Log in to the app, navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and submit your request.

OR

  1. Email Request
  2. Send an email to support@tumiwood.com with the subject line:
  3. “Account Deletion Request”
  4. Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account.


What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request is confirmed, we will permanently delete:

  1. Your user account
  2. Personal profile information
  3. Login credentials
  4. Order and activity records associated with your account


Data Retention

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Such data will not be used for any other purpose.


Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 working days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is completed.
