Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
✅ Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email returns@tumiwood.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return shipping details.
- Ship the Item Back: Send the product to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refund or Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges for a different product or size are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
